Strategic Partner Account Manager – Germany
Description
Hornetsecurity, a global cybersecurity provider, is hiring a Strategic Partner Account Manager for the DACH market, based in Hannover or Berlin or remote in Germany. The role owns the strategic expansion and development of system houses, onboarding new partners and building long-term relationships. It involves running partner trainings, implementing the Hornetsecurity partner program, closing partner business plans, producing forecasts and representing the company at trade shows. It requires a strong existing network in leading German system houses and confident communication in German and English.
Requirements
- Solid IT know-how from training, a degree or a comparable qualification, ideally in IT security or cloud services
- Extensively networked within at least one of Germany's top 10 leading system houses, knowing the relevant decision-makers personally
- Knowledge of the distribution landscape and a successfully built and expanded own sales network
- Strong communicator who presents competently and confidently to partners and customers in both German and English
- High willingness to travel and enjoyment of convincing customers and partners in presentations and negotiations
- Self-motivated by own success and driven to meet quarterly targets
- Strong organisational skills and ability to set priorities
