Description
LAP is hiring a Content Lead in Berlin to develop the creative direction behind its content and produce it end to end across TikTok, Instagram and whatever platform matters next. This is an entrepreneurial, hands-on creator and storyteller role: finding stories, developing recurring formats, filming and publishing, and becoming one of the faces of the brand. The person works directly with the founders and the Growth and Brand teams, with unusual access to the decisions behind building LAP, and will eventually build the content playbook and team. Fluent German and English and being based in Berlin are required, along with an instinctive understanding of TikTok and Instagram and prior audience-building experience.

- Have built or grown an audience or account before
- Able to go from idea to phone to published video independently
- Comfortable on camera and not taking yourself too seriously
- Move fast, figure things out and do not wait for perfect conditions
- Smart, curious and genuinely interested in how a business works
- High agency and great taste, caring about both performance and brand fit
