Description

Raisin, a leading FinTech platform for savings and investment products, is hiring a Junior Customer Service Agent (Dutch speaking) in Berlin to support Dutch-speaking customers, mainly inbound by phone and email. The 1st-level customer-service role focuses on service rather than sales, handling inquiries about products, account opening and the investment process up to basic tax questions. The agent becomes an expert on Raisin's products and processes, works closely with colleagues and other departments and contributes ideas to optimise work processes. Dutch at C2 level plus good English are required, and customer-service experience is desirable. The position is hybrid.

Requirements

  • Dutch at C2 level, written and spoken, and a good command of English
  • Enjoyment of dealing with people and helping customers by phone and in writing
  • Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously under pressure while setting priorities
  • Interest in complex topics and in modern finance and capital markets
  • High standards for your work and the ability to keep an overview in hectic times
  • Confident using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace and quick to learn new systems
