
Dual Study Program - Business Administration
Description
Amazon's dual study program (Duales Studium) in Business Administration / Logistics Management (B.A.) is a structured leadership development program run with the IU International University of Applied Sciences, starting 1 August 2027 and lasting 3.5 years. Based in Amazon fulfillment and sort centers in Germany, it combines two days of study per week with 2-3 days (around 20 hours) of hands-on operations work. Across three phases you learn operational fundamentals, rotate through areas taking on leadership tasks, and finally work at Area Manager level steering operational KPIs and leading teams. Graduates who complete the program can move directly into an Area Manager position without a further application process.
Requirements
- University entrance qualification (Abitur, Fachhochschulreife or subject-linked higher education entrance qualification)
- Fluent German (C1 level, spoken and written)
- Advanced English (B2 level, spoken and written)
- Affinity for mathematics
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
