Description

JustWatch is hiring a Junior Product Manager for its MarTech & Automation team in Berlin, working on internal tools that help campaign managers automate workflows in entertainment marketing. The role suits someone highly organised who can create structure in an unstructured environment, keeping work moving by following up, unblocking, prioritising and ensuring things ship. Responsibilities include ensuring weekly progress toward quarterly goals, hands-on testing of new releases, monitoring product metrics and system health, and taking ownership of smaller product areas over time. Candidates should understand MarTech fundamentals, be comfortable close to technical systems such as logs, debugging and APIs, and be data-strong with BI tools such as Lightdash. The position is hybrid.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working with unclear problems and incomplete information and able to create structure independently
  • Keep work moving: follow up, unblock, prioritise and ensure things ship
  • Ask the right questions to unlock core pain points and strategise solutions
  • Organise work using simple tools such as Docs and Sheets rather than heavy PM frameworks
  • Able to write development-ready project documents without AI fluff
  • Understand MarTech fundamentals (campaign workflows, tracking, automation, integrations)
  • Data-strong: explore datasets and use BI tools such as Lightdash
  • Comfortable working close to technical systems: reading logs, debugging, understanding APIs and supporting automation
  • Have shipped before, such as a dashboard, tool, workflow, script, automation or project
