adjoe, a Hamburg-based adtech company building offerwall and programmatic advertising products such as Playtime, Arcade and adjoe Ads, is hiring a Supply Growth Manager for its Supply Growth team. You manage and expand a portfolio of app-publisher partners, analysing monetization metrics such as CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU and CTR to identify upselling and optimization opportunities and exceed growth, retention and revenue targets. You build long-term publisher relationships, deliver data-driven reports and Quarterly Business Reviews, and translate partner feedback into technical requirements with Product, Tech and Business teams. The hybrid Hamburg role asks for 3+ years in adtech, mobile advertising or digital marketing, and relocation support to Hamburg is offered.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising or digital marketing
- Deep understanding of core industry metrics including CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU and CTR
- Ability to analyse partner performance data to spot trends, troubleshoot issues and implement concrete adjustments
- Experience building long-term publisher relationships and delivering data-driven performance reports and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Ability to translate complex partner feedback into actionable technical requirements and collaborate with Product, Tech and Business teams
- Proactive, end-to-end ownership in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
