Description

FlixTrain (part of Flix) is hiring a Senior Sales Manager for its Commercial team in Berlin. The role focuses on offline sales channels (ticket machines, third-party resellers, and own shops), driving revenue streams and channel efficiency and acquiring and developing reseller partners in the DACH market. It includes negotiating trade contracts, running marketing campaigns, maintaining the CRM system, managing local contracts, budgeting, and cost reporting. Native-level German and fluent English plus several years of commercial experience are required.

Requirements

  • Native-level German (spoken and written) and fluent English
  • Degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant commercial experience focused on partner management, budgeting, and cost reporting for market activities
  • Strong social, communicative, and analytical skills
  • High achievement motivation and entrepreneurial drive
  • Ability to produce sound reporting and in-depth analysis of defined challenges
