Description

AWS Enterprise Support is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the primary technical advisor and voice of the customer for organisations from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises. This is not a sales role; you help customers maximise the value of AWS services and Generative AI solutions across compute, storage, database, networking, security, serverless and more. You act as a single point of contact, review operational performance, provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, and champion customer requirements within AWS. The role requires excellent proficiency in both Mandarin and English.

Requirements

Experience in technical engineering
Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for at least three of: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data & analytics, security, or applications development in a distributed systems environment
Bachelor's degree
Excellent proficiency in Mandarin and English
