Description
Amazon MGM Studios is hiring a Sales & Operations Coordinator for theatrical distribution in Germany to execute sales and distribution strategies across all theatrical releases. The role manages a portfolio of German exhibitor accounts, handling bookings, negotiations and ongoing account management, as well as operations. Working with internal teams and external partners, it translates sales strategy into release execution, driving screen count, session placement and market coverage to maximise box office performance. It also coordinates technical delivery and reporting for each title on the slate.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English (C1 or above), spoken and written
- Demonstrable experience in theatrical distribution, sales, or analysis roles in the entertainment industry
- Proven ability to maintain exhibitor relationships and negotiate effectively
- Strong understanding of the theatrical exhibition landscape (major chains, independent circuits, film rental models, release windowing)
- Confident with spreadsheets, databases and sales tools, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
