Team Lead, Maintenance / State-Certified Technician - Lahntal near Marburg

Amazon's site in Lahntal near Marburg is seeking a maintenance team lead (Teamleiter Instandhaltung) for its Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team. You deploy the latest technologies, identify more efficient working methods, and help maintain and raise the site's high safety standards. You are responsible for the technical team during your shift, supporting and developing team members while tracking equipment performance through inspections, condition-based monitoring, and preventive maintenance. You use tools such as SCADA to monitor processes, resolve equipment problems to reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement and process standardization across the EU network.
