Senior Postproduction Manager (x/f/m)
Description
As a Post-Production Manager in the HelloFresh Studio, you are part of the post-production team working daily on food and lifestyle imagery. Using strong retouching expertise (primarily in Photoshop), you deliver consistent, appealing, high-quality yet natural-looking images to stakeholders worldwide. You manage retouch projects and communication in a global, multi-stakeholder environment while maintaining organized workflows and file-management standards. The role also involves confidently using generative AI tools within post-production workflows and refining AI-generated imagery to meet brand-consistent, high-end commercial standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in retouching in a commercial setting
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and staying up to date with industry and technology trends
- Hands-on experience with generative AI image tools and workflows (prompting, iteration, refinement, or node-based workflows)
- Strong visual judgment and the ability to bring both traditionally shot and AI-assisted imagery to consistent, high-end commercial quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Keen eye for detail and meticulous consistency of outputs
- Structured, thorough approach to administrative tasks
- A portfolio of recent and relevant work
