Requirements
- University degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of end-to-end project experience advising on and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for national and international customers
- In-depth knowledge of Employee Central configuration
- Strong understanding of HR processes, organizational structures and modern HR IT landscapes
- Excellent consulting, communication and facilitation skills with a strong customer focus
- Structured approach in line with project management standards and experience with agile project methods
- Fluent German and English at negotiation level (at least C1)
