Description

Raisin, a leading savings and investment fintech platform, is hiring a Working Student for its Synchronised Model Deposit Operations team in Berlin. The team handles the technical and operational management of real-time deposit flows for partner banks using Portal, Hybrid and Automation integration models. The working student executes and supervises automated payment flows, performs daily reconciliations between internal ledgers and partner bank data, and supports partner and SLA management, technical integration and process optimization. It is an operations role in a fintech environment and requires C1-level English and German.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Law, Marketing or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis
  • Comfortable balancing independent problem-solving with close team collaboration
  • Advanced proficiency (C1 or higher) in both English and German
