Description
FINN, Germany's leading car-subscription platform, is hiring a Junior Fleet Manager for vehicle damage and technical operations. The role keeps the fleet cost-efficient and in pristine condition by steering repair and maintenance decisions, negotiating damage catalogs and de-fleeting agreements directly with OEMs and remarketing partners, and acting as the internal technical expert for all damage-related questions. It balances technical excellence with fair customer billing and maximum cost optimization, and uses data to continuously improve damage workflows. This is an operational automotive role, not a software position.
Requirements
- Solid technical automotive expertise (e.g. Kfz-Meister, state-certified technician, vehicle appraiser, or a degree in automotive engineering / industrial engineering)
- Demonstrable practical experience in repair cost optimization, vehicle valuation, appraisal review or technical fleet management
- High affinity for digital tools and processes
- Excellent German (C2) and good English (B2)
