Description
Samsara's Implementation Consultants own the customer relationship after signature and are responsible for the successful deployment of Samsara's Connected Operations (IoT) solution. You understand the value customers want to achieve and define and deliver a project plan to get there, leading solution workshops, guiding change management, and running training sessions. The role is cross-functional, connecting Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product, and requires managing many customer engagements in parallel. It is a remote role in Germany with up to 30% travel to customer sites, and fluency in English and German is mandatory.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an implementation consultant, project manager or onboarding role (enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to follow methodologies
- 2+ years of experience supporting or working with technical products
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations
- Experience managing more than 20 implementations or projects at a time
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating with executives, senior management and day-to-day users
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
