Description

A senior technology sales leadership role in AWS Professional Services (ProServe), focused on the automotive and manufacturing vertical across EMEA. The manager leads and develops a team of ProServe Account Executives while personally developing large, programmatic deals with strategic OEMs, tier-1 suppliers and manufacturers around AI/GenAI, IT modernization and cloud migration. Success is measured through revenue, billable bookings, team engagement and customer satisfaction. The role is customer-facing, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite and SVP stakeholders and partnering with delivery leaders, Solution Architects and specialist groups to shape multi-year transformation programs.

Requirements

  • Experience across the full sales cycle in technology sales, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in cloud computing technologies
  • Fluent spoken, written and read English
  • Experience with customer relationship management, especially C-suite engagement
  • Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales or consulting
  • 5+ years solving problems with technology in the automotive or manufacturing industry
  • 7+ years of consulting sales and 3+ years of management experience
