Sr Partner Sales Manager - German speaking, Automotive & Manufacturing IBU
Description
A senior Partner Sales Manager (PSM) role at AWS, growing adoption of cloud-based solutions in the enterprise automotive and manufacturing segment. The PSM establishes and maintains C-level, sales and product relationships with strategic GSI/SI consulting partners and co-sells with ISV technology partners alongside AWS account teams to drive services revenue. The role owns a territory and partner account plan, creating and closing opportunities, managing contract negotiations and AWS funding programs, and ensuring customer and partner satisfaction. It requires strong cloud acumen plus a business background able to engage at the CXO level. The team of seven PSMs supports 16 of the 41 accounts across the Automotive and Manufacturing Industry Business Unit.
Requirements
- Experience in direct field selling of software or cloud solutions
- Experience in technology-related sales, business development or equivalent
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales
