Process Manager (all genders) Logistics

Zalando is hiring a Process Manager for its new Gießen logistics centre to improve and safeguard warehouse processes and identify further optimisation potential using statistical process tools. The role works closely with different departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations and implements best practices and innovative solutions to raise productivity and service quality. It drives Lean Management projects with measurable operational KPIs, analyses, standardises, and optimises warehouse processes, and runs process analyses to improve work procedures. The process manager also delivers training for new and existing processes, creates SOPs, and monitors KPIs to support strategic decisions.
