Description

T-Systems is seeking a Lead IT Architect to shape the future of its open-source cloud landscape. In this strategic role you design and develop sovereign, cloud-native architectures, define the technology roadmap, and own architecture governance across all delivery streams. A core focus is container orchestration with Kubernetes and multi-cluster management with Gardener and Cluster API, as well as bare-metal automation with IronCore. You act as a sparring partner for the customer's lead architect and drive innovation toward secure, scalable and future-proof platforms.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Experience with IronCore, cloud-native IaaS and bare-metal automation
  • Experience with Gardener, multi-cluster management and Cluster API
  • Experience in strategic technology consulting and architecture governance
  • Knowledge of PXE boot, Redfish/IPMI and BMC-based server management
  • German at native-speaker level plus good spoken and written English
