Junior Logistics Manager - Bochum

As a junior leadership trainee (Nachwuchsfuehrungskraft) at Amazon Logistics (AMZL, last-mile delivery) in Bochum, you complete an 11-week internal onboarding program before taking on leadership responsibility for your own team. You ensure customers receive their goods on time and in good quality, leading and developing a team of up to 100 associates across early, late or night shifts. Responsibilities include enforcing occupational safety and environmental standards, deriving KPI-based process improvements (safety, productivity, quality), and planning and steering internal processes. You use data analysis to influence site productivity and quality and collaborate with upstream and downstream departments and external stakeholders.
