Description

AWS Professional Services (ProServe) is hiring a Senior ProServe Account Executive (PAE) to lead enterprise customers through AI-driven transformation across Germany's central region. As ProServe's customer-facing relationship owner, you shape the transformation agenda, build executive trust, identify where AWS Professional Services and generative/agentic AI can reinvent operations, and create proposals that secure sign-off of Statements of Work (SOWs). You partner with ProServe Cloud Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, AI/ML Specialists and Delivery Consultants to turn strategic visions into measurable business outcomes, and stay engaged post-launch to ensure Customer Business Outcomes are delivered. Performance is measured against revenue, billable bookings and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technology consulting or professional services sales
  • Proven track record leading enterprise engagements exceeding $5M in contract value
  • Demonstrated success engaging C-suite executives in strategic business transformation initiatives
  • Experience with cloud computing, IT modernization or digital transformation programs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
