Customer Solutions Manager, CSM Field Germany
Description
As an AWS Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) in Germany, you help enterprise customers move from cloud and AI strategy to execution, owning the business outcomes of migration, modernization and AI-adoption programs. You combine deep technical knowledge with strategic business thinking, reviewing architecture decisions as comfortably as presenting transformation roadmaps to a CTO. You build relationships across customer organizations, drive adoption, build business cases and manage risk to deliver measurable outcomes such as efficiency gains, cost savings and growth. You coordinate between customer leadership, AWS sales, delivery partners and technical teams to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math or a related field
- Experience in enterprise IT as a vendor, consultant, or managing technical programs
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with business case development and successful program completion
- 3+ years of experience leading technical or engineering programs
