Description

As a Lead Developer, you will work with an agile team to turn concepts into excellent code while acting as a thought leader. You will foster and challenge team members, set standards with your code, monitor application operations, and integrate AI/GenAI into projects and daily work. The role involves diverse topics including complex web applications, AI, IT security, and digital business innovation.

Requirements

Excellent degree in computer science, business informatics, or mathematics
Several years of experience in agile development of custom software solutions
Several years of experience in the technical leadership of developer teams
Strong affinity for AI/GenAI
Familiarity with core technologies: Java, Kotlin, Spring, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, React, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP
