Description

Customer service agent role at Picnic, the online supermarket, based at the Düsseldorf office. The agent helps customers and provides service with a positive attitude while working in a dynamic team. The position runs 17 to 40 hours per week (working-student, part-time or full-time) with shifts Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 23:00. No prior customer service experience is required, as full training is provided.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Available at least 17 hours per week and able to come to the Düsseldorf office
  • Positive attitude, enjoys teamwork and has an engaging personality
  • Strong communicator with good German skills and comfortable interacting with people
  • Fluent German
