Requirements
- B.S. or higher in chemistry, materials science, biology, chemical engineering, or a related field, or 1+ years of hands-on experience in a scientific or technical role
- Comfort working with data in Excel or similar tools
- Hands-on comfort with scientific or technical software (e.g., ELN, LIMS, instrument software, or data analysis tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand scientists' needs and adapt to different organizational styles
- Genuine interest in software, data, and technology's role in transforming R&D workflows
