Description
Choco builds SaaS software that food distributors and their customers use daily to automate orders, cut errors and run operations on data rather than phone calls and spreadsheets. As a Customer Care Associate for Enterprise, you are dedicated to one strategic enterprise account and own the customer experience from the first point of contact, working across chat, email and WhatsApp. You troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, meet response and resolution SLAs, and pull in implementation, customer success and solutions engineering teams when deeper support is needed. The role also has a continuous-improvement side: spotting recurring friction, turning frontline insights into process, documentation and product improvements, and coaching external agents to enterprise quality standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer care, customer support, customer service or a similar customer-facing role
- Full professional proficiency in English and Turkish (C1+)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with judgment to diagnose, prioritise and follow issues through to resolution
- Ability to operate in a high-volume environment and prioritise multiple conversations without compromising quality
- Customer-focused mindset with clear communication, patience under pressure and cross-team collaboration
- Ability to coach and develop external agents to meet enterprise quality standards
