Uncountable is building a unified R&D platform to accelerate scientific discovery for chemists, material scientists, and biologists. As a Scientific Implementation Manager, you will bridge the gap between scientists and the platform, configuring it to reflect their experimental workflows and data structures. You will lead customer implementations, drive engagement, and shape product development based on field insights. This role requires deep scientific knowledge and software fluency, offering a unique career path at the intersection of science, business, and software.
Requirements
- A meaningful background in chemistry, materials science, biology, chemical engineering, or a closely related field
- Exceptional ability to explain complex ideas clearly to a wide range of audiences
- Ability to understand not just what a scientist is saying, but what they actually need
- Hands-on comfort working with scientific or technical software
- Comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and driving projects to completion
- Genuine curiosity about software, data, and how technology can transform R&D
