Description

A one-year graduate leadership program in Business Analytics at Picnic, the online grocery company. From day one the graduate joins a business team, owns a business topic, and becomes an expert in their field, working on data-driven problems in either the Consumer domain (pricing, supplier and market strategy) or the Logistics domain (fulfilment, demand forecasting, route optimization). The program blends hands-on ownership of business-critical projects with mentorship, learning sessions and regular feedback. Graduates sharpen technical skills in Python, SQL, Excel and PowerPoint alongside leadership skills in project management and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • About to graduate or recently graduated with a Master's in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, econometrics, engineering)
  • Experience in high-performance environments such as consulting, fast-growth startups or competitive internships
  • Entrepreneurial, builder mindset with the ability to take ownership without being asked
  • Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Python, SQL, Excel or alternative coding languages
  • EU citizenship or a valid EU working permit
