Account Executive - Mid-Market (German-speaking)
Description
Secfix, a Series A startup automating security compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, SOC 2) in Europe, is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to build and scale its upmarket motion in the DACH region. The quota-carrying role focuses on higher-value, more complex deals while remaining hands-on with SMB opportunities, working directly with the Head of Sales, CEO, and GTM leadership. Responsibilities include owning net-new revenue, managing full sales cycles, building pipeline, leading consultative discovery with senior decision-makers, and helping define mid-market pricing and playbooks. This is a hybrid role based in Munich (2-3 days in office) and requires C2-level German.
Requirements
- 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong focus on mid-market or upmarket deals
- Proven track record of consistently hitting quota on complex, high-value opportunities
- Experience managing longer sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes
- Strong prospecting skills and the drive to source your own pipeline
- Comfortable selling to C-level buyers (CISO, CIO, CTO, COO)
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly in both German and English
- C2-level German is essential
