Description

SimScale is the world's first cloud-based, AI-native engineering simulation platform, offering CFD, FEA, thermal, and electromagnetics in a single browser-based environment. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will lead partnerships with top-tier enterprise accounts, driving adoption, proving value, and expanding usage across organizations. Your primary metric is Net Retention Rate, and you will orchestrate internal teams to deliver success. This role is fully remote within EMEA, with 10-15% travel, and offers the opportunity to shape Customer Success practices at a growing company.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in a senior, customer-facing role on large enterprise accounts in SaaS or technical software (CAE, PLM, CAD, EDA, simulation or comparable).
  • A track record of growing enterprise accounts through adoption, programme execution and internal expansion.
  • Executive relationship-building: ability to earn and keep confidence of VP-level decision makers and business owners.
  • Programme-management strength across multi-stakeholder, multi-site enterprise rollouts.
  • Value-realization method: defined success criteria with a customer and evidenced the value delivered.
  • Experience in an engineering domain: enough grounding to be credible with Heads of Engineering, VP R&D, and Chief Engineers.
  • Comfort as the orchestrator of a virtual account team, driving outcomes with Marketing, SDR, Solution Engineering, and Sales.
  • AI-native ways of working: daily use of AI for productivity and credible conversation about Engineering AI and Physics AI.
