Junior Customer Success Manager | Associate

Superchat is a Berlin-based platform that enables over 10,000 companies worldwide to communicate with their customers through AI-powered agents and unified inbox solutions. Founded in 2020, the company has grown profitably with a team of about 100 employees. As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will be the first point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the entire onboarding process and helping them integrate Superchat into their existing workflows. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure customers quickly realize value from the platform.
