As a Talent Acquisition Working Student, you will be part of the HR team, contributing to the company's growth by finding top talent, learning new recruitment strategies, and gaining insight into a wide range of HR topics. You will be responsible for active sourcing, conducting screening calls, and managing candidate relationships, while working on-site in Berlin. The role requires availability for at least 3 months and strong German and English skills.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university
- Very good German and English skills (C1 level or higher in German is a plus)
- First experience with active sourcing and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proactive and organized, able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Willingness to learn about various roles across departments (e.g., sales, engineering)
