Description

Superchat is a platform that helps businesses communicate with their customers through AI-powered agents, serving over 10,000 companies worldwide. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Berlin, the company has grown profitably with a team of about 100 employees. In this role, you will be the first and most important point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the entire onboarding process and helping them integrate Superchat into their existing workflows. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure customers quickly realize value and build long-term successful relationships. The role focuses on onboarding, process optimization, and customer relationship growth, with about 70% of time dedicated to customer contact and onboarding.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience with B2B SaaS customers
  • Native or near-native German skills and very good English skills
  • Strong communication skills with clarity and empathy
  • Ability to explain complex topics understandably
  • Tech-curious and hands-on attitude
  • Analytical and product-minded
  • Builder mentality
