Description

An AI-first product 'Builder' role at Taxfix, part of rebuilding the R&D organization around people who own the full loop from user problem to shipped feature with minimal handoffs. The primary craft is product management, but the person stretches across product, design, and engineering, using AI to cover the gaps and building prototypes rather than only writing specs. Responsibilities include structuring fuzzy problems, deciding what to build and in what order, compressing research and spec-writing with AI, and being accountable to user-behavior outcomes over roadmaps. Requires genuine product craft, a builder track record with AI tools, and fluency in English.

Requirements

  • Genuine product craft with a track record of shipping products real people use
  • A builder track record: you have made things with AI (shipped products, agent workflows, or tools users touched)
  • AI-native by default, using tools like Claude, Cursor, or Lovable regularly
  • Built personal AI workflows that make you meaningfully faster
  • Able to go from user problem to testable prototype without waiting for a brief
  • Range across product, design, and engineering, using AI coding tools to build
  • Data fluency and experience with A/B tests
  • Fluency in English
