Description

Secfix, a compliance automation startup helping companies achieve ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX and SOC 2, is hiring a German-speaking Customer Success Manager for its DACH customers. The role manages the customer lifecycle from day one through renewal, driving adoption, onboarding and retention while acting as the main point of contact for customers. You will also build and improve the customer success processes and tooling and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, engineering and product. The position is fully remote within Europe (within roughly two hours of German time) and requires C2-level German.

Requirements

Fluent English and German at C2 level
Great time management and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ideally 1+ years of experience in customer success, customer experience or account management at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
Comfortable discussing basic technical concepts with a technical audience
Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects
Experience working with cross-functional teams across sales, support, engineering and product
Energetic and engaged with remote culture
Located within EU time zones, roughly +/- 2 hours from German time
