CHECK24 is a leading comparison portal and dynamic startup. The Hotel Comparison division helps customers find the best hotels worldwide at the best prices. As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers via phone and email with questions, issues, and complaints before, during, and after their trips. You will work in a team to find quick and satisfactory solutions, always prioritizing customer orientation. This role is based in Münster, directly at the city harbor.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or tourism-related vocational training
- Professional experience in (telephone) customer service, office management, or the hotel/tourism industry, e.g., in reservation management
- Ability to quickly learn new topics and demonstrate quick comprehension
- Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented demeanor with customers, even in challenging situations
- Team player who actively contributes and enjoys achieving success together
- Negotiation-safe German skills and confident English skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of standard PC and internet applications
- Temporal flexibility to work in shifts between 7:00 and 23:00 (early, middle, and late shifts) and within a 5-day week, including weekends and holidays
