Description

Taxfix Group is on a mission to simplify tax filing for millions of people worldwide. As the Technical Product Manager for People Intelligence Apps, you will develop an agentic enablement platform and build People applications that power hiring, development, and team growth. You will translate complex People domain challenges into scalable products, collaborating with People Partners, Leaders, FP&A, IT, and AI and Platform Engineering. This role is central to building an AI-native company, focusing on AI-augmented tools and human-AI collaboration patterns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management or closely related role, with proven track record of building and shipping internal tools end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or Google AI Studio
  • Ability to design effective human-AI collaboration patterns
  • Curious PM who challenges the status quo pragmatically and constructively
  • Systems thinking with understanding of economic aspects of internal processes and products
  • Technically fluent with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and cross-system data flows
  • Product mindset: manage roadmaps, prioritise ruthlessly, deliver incremental value in fast-paced environments
  • Highly proficient with no-code and low-code platforms: Notion, n8n, AppSheet, Google Cloud Apps or similar
