Description

Vodafone is seeking a Store Manager for its branch in Kaiserslautern, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of the branch staff, coaching sales processes, and driving the achievement of branch targets. You will ensure the smooth operation and external appearance of the store while adhering to legal regulations and Vodafone's retail guidelines. The position involves analyzing areas for improvement and implementing measures to increase customer satisfaction and sales. The role can be performed on a full-time or near-full-time part-time basis (minimum 30 hours).

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or business administration vocational training
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in retail, telesales/telemarketing, or customer operations, or a completed degree and at least 2 years of professional experience
  • Experience and talent for leading employees
  • Very good knowledge of telecommunications solutions
  • Very good understanding of sales methodologies and techniques
  • Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form (C1 according to GER)
