Description

Superchat is rebuilding how businesses communicate with customers by replacing phone calls, contact forms, and support tickets with messaging and AI. Founded in 2020, the company serves over 10,000 businesses worldwide, including major brands like Allianz, Auto1, Enpal, Danone, and GASAG. As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will maintain and optimize the systems and tools (such as HubSpot and Chargebee) that the business relies on daily, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to solve operational problems and implement scalable improvements. The role is based in Berlin and offers a hybrid work environment with a strong emphasis on in-person collaboration.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in RevOps, SalesOps, MarketingOps, CRM Operations, or HubSpot/Salesforce Administration
  • Proven ability to build and maintain production systems
  • Strong systems thinking and process redesign skills
  • Hands-on experience owning CRM systems, building workflows, and fixing data issues
  • Ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving
  • Data-driven decision-making and attention to data quality
  • Process-oriented with documentation and governance skills
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and open to AI and new technologies
  • Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
