Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably within payments, fintech, e-commerce or technology
- Proven track record negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements with mid-sized to large merchants
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Experience managing and growing an existing portfolio of strategic accounts
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including C-suite executives
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
