Description

Vodafone is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to represent the Store Manager and ensure smooth operations at their Wolfsburg branch. The role involves supporting staff training and development, executing sales activities, and contributing to customer satisfaction and commercial goals. The position is fixed-term for one year and can be performed full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours). The ideal candidate will have a commercial education, at least two years of retail or customer operations experience, and fluent German language skills.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or business administration vocational training
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in retail, telesales/telemarketing, or customer operations, ideally in the telecommunications industry
  • Very good knowledge of telecommunications solutions
  • Very good understanding of sales methodologies and techniques
  • Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form (C1 according to CEFR)
