Description

Vodafone is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Stuttgart, Germany, covering the Heidelberg, Mannheim, and Karlsruhe region. The role involves analyzing the needs of existing customers and developing tailored solution concepts based on a comprehensive communication strategy, including cloud, security, AI, and software as a service. The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining a strong customer presence, and reducing churn rates. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing up to three days per week of remote work, and can be performed on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 30 hours).

Requirements

  • Completed university degree or commercial training
  • Professional experience in sales or in the IT/telecommunications industry
  • Solid technical understanding
  • Sales-oriented and analytical thinking and action
  • Good time and crisis management skills
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs, develop creative solutions, and communicate clearly and convincingly
  • Native-level German language skills
