Description
Keyrock is a global, remote-first digital assets firm founded in 2017, providing liquidity across 80+ exchanges and running a full spectrum of capital markets businesses. We are hiring a Head of Marketing to lead a transformation mandate, rebranding Keyrock and repositioning it as the market evolves from crypto-native to institutional. This role involves full ownership of marketing strategy, working closely with the CCO, and building a lean, AI-augmented team. The ideal candidate is a crypto-native brand-builder with exceptional communication skills and a challenger mindset.
Requirements
- Significant experience in marketing leadership at a crypto or digital-asset firm
- Deep understanding of the crypto market, its participants and its culture
- Track record of building or transforming a brand in a fast-moving, commercially-driven environment
- Exceptional fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Based in or closely aligned with the CET time zone
