Description

Vodafone is seeking a Senior Account Manager for New Business to drive customer acquisition in the South region of Germany. The role involves analyzing customer requirements, developing tailored solution concepts and sales strategies for voice, data, UCC, and ICT solutions. The primary focus is on closing new customers in the segment of companies with more than 50 employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to contract closure and performance analysis. This position offers a hybrid working model and is based in either Unterföhring or Nuremberg.

Requirements

  • Completed university or university of applied sciences degree or equivalent vocational training
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in sales (preferably in telecommunications or hardware/software/IT products)
  • Basic industry knowledge with technical affinity
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional sales-oriented thinking and action
  • Closing confidence, strong will to succeed, and persuasiveness
  • Crisis management skills
