Picnic is an online supermarket delivering groceries to millions of people across Europe, running everything in-house from a fully automated fulfilment centre to delivery algorithms and marketing campaigns. The Future Leaders Graduate Program in Business Analytics is a one-year launchpad for ambitious graduates working at the intersection of data, strategy and technology. From day one you join a business team and own a business topic end to end, either in the Consumer domain covering pricing, supplier strategy and market entry, or in Logistics covering robotic fulfilment, demand forecasting and route optimisation. Alongside mentorship and regular feedback you will sharpen leadership skills in project management, storytelling and stakeholder communication as well as technical skills in Python, SQL, Excel and PowerPoint. The role is based full-time in Düsseldorf with periodic trips to the Netherlands or France.

Requirements

  • About to graduate or recently graduated with a Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, econometrics or engineering
  • Experience in high-performance environments such as consulting, fast-growth startups or competitive internships
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, building and taking ownership without being asked
  • A builder's approach: hands-on, curious and driven to challenge the status quo with practical solutions
  • Basic working knowledge of PowerPoint, Python, SQL, Excel or alternative coding languages
  • EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit
