Description

GetYourGuide is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with the RevOps and Sales organization. In this role, you will help leaders and representatives make sharper, faster decisions across the full revenue funnel. You will tackle complex and ambiguous questions, quantify pipeline health, forecast performance, and build business cases for go-to-market initiatives. A major part of your role will be guiding the sales planning and execution cycle through rigorous analysis, from territory and quota design to performance tracking and recommendations. You will provide insights needed to prioritize opportunities, evaluate rep and channel effectiveness, and create a more efficient, data-driven sales motion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience interpreting data in an analytics, sales operations, or data science role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills, including presenting to senior sales leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
  • Strong experience with sales funnel, pipeline, and forecasting analysis, ideally in Salesforce.
  • Strong statistical background and proficiency with advanced methods (e.g. cohort analysis, forecasting models, causal inference, or quasi-experimentation).
  • Ability to understand rep and customer behavior and the meaning behind the numbers, translating them into actionable insights.
  • Practical, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and business impact.
  • Desire to work in an international environment, with minimal direction in ambiguous situations and with highly engaged individuals.
