Requirements
- General knowledge of IT / Data Center landscape including hardware, software, network (real, virtual, cloud, hybrid)
- Solution Life Cycle Management
- Ability to develop programs in Perl/Shell/Python/etc.
- Knowledge of Database, API, Active Directory, etc.
- Troubleshooting skills for issues related to network, server-misconfigurations, product-bugs
- Advanced / Profound knowledge of the SEEBURGER Products (e.g., BIS Integration Server, BIS FileExchange server, BIS Information Server, BIS Portal Server, BIS Developer Studio)
- General standard conversion: EDIFACT, e-invoicing
- Thorough knowledge of system architecture, analysis and design techniques
- 5+ years' experience working as an Application Technical Architect or in a similar role
- 5+ years' experience with Managed File Transfer and Conversion technologies
- Profound knowledge in IT delivery projects from application integration point of view
- Deep knowledge of File Transfer/Conversion technologies/solutions in the market
- Experience in design, integration and deployment of large-scale IT services in multi-national environments
- Strong knowledge in management and design of high complex IT services/Product
- Deep understanding of operational procedures and process standards (e.g., ITIL, SCRUM, SAFe) and the ability to apply them for continuous service improvements
