Sales Manager, Funded Startups

Stripe is hiring a Sales Manager for DACH Startups to fuel growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing customers across DACH, CEE and Emerging markets. The role leads and coaches a team of high-performing account executives, sets the long-term vision and strategy for the team, and is directly accountable for revenue growth and pipeline execution. The manager also builds and maintains enduring relationships with customers up to C-level and collaborates closely with Sales, Product, Sales Ops, Marketing and GTM Partnerships. At least 10 years of relevant sales experience and knowledge of the EMEA startup ecosystem are required.
