Description
Superchat is a Berlin-based platform that unifies business messaging channels such as WhatsApp, email, SMS, and Instagram, and is now building AI agents that respond across chat, email, and voice. The company serves over 10,000 businesses worldwide, is profitable, has raised 18M euros in funding, and has about 100 employees. As Senior Product Manager for the Core team, you will own the unified inbox, channels, and workflows end-to-end, from discovery through shipping to launch, working directly with the founder and CPO. You will embed with 4-6 engineers and 1 designer, set and own product metrics, and drive launches and positioning since there is no dedicated product marketing team.
