Requirements
- Completed training as a tourism management assistant or comparable commercial training with several years of experience in tourism
- Experience in customer advisory, complaint handling and challenging conversations
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation and enjoyment of responsibility
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working and team spirit
- Willingness to work a shift system (3 shifts between 7:30-23:00, 5-day week) including weekends and holidays
- Negotiation-level German and good English skills
